#  Frank Mulders Appointed to BOM Supervisory Board 

 March 20, 2026 

 

 The General Meeting of Shareholders of BOM Holding B.V. (Brabant Development Agency) has appointed Frank Mulders as a member of the Supervisory Board. Mulders, CEO/Managing Director of AAE Holding/Grauel, has been appointed for a term of four years.

Mulders holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Prior to joining AAE Holding, he served as President of Fokker Landing Gear from 2008 to 2016, following a ten-year career at Stork. He is actively involved in various capacities with organisations including Brainport Industries, Vereniging Industrieel Contact Helmond (VICH), de Eindhovense Fabrikantenkring and Brainport Development Foundation.

Commenting on the appointment, Marie-Louise Bots, Acting Chair of the Supervisory Board of BOM, said:  
*“With Frank Mulders, we welcome an entrepreneurial board member with deep roots in Brabant’s high-tech ecosystem. His experience in scaling businesses, innovation, internationalisation and public-private collaboration, combined with a strong regional network and sharp strategic insight, makes him a valuable sounding board for BOM.”*

Mulders added:  
*“I look forward to contributing my experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry to the continued growth and innovative strength of Brabant. BOM plays a unique role in strengthening the regional ecosystem and connecting public and private partners. It is a privilege to be part of that mission.”*

Mulders fills the vacancy created by the planned departure of Esther Raats-Coster. As of 3 February, the Supervisory Board of BOM Holding consists of Marie-Louise Bots, Jeroen van Glabbeek, and Mariëlle Vogt, alongside Frank Mulders.
