The BioVenture Builder is a bold new initiative designed to empower preclinical ventures in the Drug Discovery & Development space. In collaboration with 3D-PharmXchange and Odgers, BOM offers a tailor-made, hands-on support programme focused on validation and integrated strategy development, covering product, team, IP and regulatory pathways.
This isn’t just early-stage support. This is not your usual accelerator but complements existing (pre-)incubators in accelerating your journey toward validation and funding in a tailormade and hands-on manner. We continue to back you as you grow beyond the initial phase. Our mission? To accelerate biotech ventures toward becoming investor-ready and securing the funding they need to thrive.

Startups developing novel targets, platform technologies, or precision medicine solutions. - R&D Accelerating Technology Ventures
Startups developing technologies that enhance (cost-)efficiency, speed & efficacy of the drug and/or the discovery & development process, including drug delivery systems that improve therapeutic performance.
3 steps to Investor Readiness
Step 1: Kick-off
- In-depth analysis of the unmet medical need including market opportunities, competitive landscape and potential exit strategy
- Analysis of your IP position and Freedom-to-Operate
- Development of your initial Target Product Profile
Step 2: Validation
- Validation of your Target Product Profile (TPP) with Key Opinion Leaders & early-stage VCs
- Validation of your exit strategy with big pharma
- Clinical strategy development
- Regulatory pathway analysis
- Alignment of non-clinical PoC development strategy
- IP strategy development & negotiating license agreements
- Leadership assessment and reflection
Step 3: Integrated Strategy Development & Fundraising
- Creation of an Integrated Drug Development Plan including roadmap and value inflection points
- Resource-budgeting and fundraising strategy development
- Team gap analysis and team plan development
- Building your preclinical data package with killer experiments
- Crafting a compelling investor pitch and start fundraising
Eligibility criteria
To join, your venture needs to present:
- A bold approach to solving significant customer problem and/or clinical unmet need
- An innovative technology with a strong or developing IP position
- A clear understanding of the competitive landscape and your unique strengths
- Founder commitment, vision, and unwavering drive for success
- Official registration with the Chamber of Commerce
