Exit Awareness Strategy gives you the clarity, tools, and discipline to design your exit strategy from day one—aligning your funding path, growth decisions, and investor relationships with a high-value future outcome.

Who is it for?

This programme is for seed–series A founders in B2B SaaS, AI, Deeptech or Hardware‑enabled tech. 

You have real constraints: limited time, short runway, noisy advice and a roadmap that’s already too full. You require substantial external funding (>1M EUR) and have (or will soon have) VC shareholders on your cap table.

The format 

In 3-4 groups sessions you will gain:

  1. Awareness – Understand what exit strategy means and why it matters now.
  2. Recognition – Learn to spot signals and inflection points in your market.
  3. Practical use – Apply insights to weekly decisions with guidance from ex-founders and board-level investors

  • Commitment to strategic thinking and decision-making
  • Willingness to engage with real-world case studies and expert insights
  • You require substantial external funding (>1M EUR)
